HEBCAC’s programs bring residents, businesses, churches, schools, social service agencies, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions as well as other major institutions together to work for the renewal of East Baltimore. There are many program areas that need volunteers. Let us know if you are interested in:

- Community gardens and improvements
- Family life
- Economic development
- Aiding people in recovery
- Computer refurbishing and training
